What Up All... I am using the M-Audio Profire 610 with Pro Tools HD9 on my PC laptop, with a dedicated External Hard Drive for recording. All of my hardware and software is new/legal and I did a fresh clean install of my O/S. I installed the Profire 610 Hardware/Software and it is recognized on my computer. I installed Pro Tools HD9 without any problems, and it did recognize my Profire 610, and it loads completely. I optimized my system (the best I could) for the best performance. The problem I am having is when I try to record anything, there is no waveform. My meters are registering and I can set levels, but it does not record anything. I checked the "Playback Engine" settings and there is only one device in there, my Profire 610. I am sure there is more info you might need from me before assisting, so please ask away. I just got this equipment and I would love to start using it. I read all hard copy and online instructions I could find, but could not cure my problem. Anyone have any suggestions/idea's/cure(s)?
