Greetings!
Since I updated my Macbook Pro (late 2010) drivers to the 10.6.8 version, my FW410 is no longer detected. The strange thing is that right after the update was complete, is wasn´t necessary to reboot my MBP (wich most of the times is) and the interface was working fine. Is was only after shutting down my computer to go to sleep (sometimes I need to sleep :D) that it was no longer detected. I´ve tried to install/uninstall the drivers (several versions, in fact), use different firewire cables, connect the interface with the MBP on and off to see if there was any change, but until now I couldn´t make it work.
Another strange thing that happens, is that sometimes the blue (on) led flashes, the two red (input cliping) led´s also flashes and sometimes the three of them flash at the same time.... weird.
After spending a couple of hours trying to solve this, tomorrow I will try to downgrade my MBP OS and see if it solves my problem...just when I most needed it :(
Is it just me, or does anyone had theses kind of problems?
