NRV10 - Potentiometer

Hello everybody, my NRV10 is in trouble gain mic / line.
From what I've seen on this forum is a very common problem.
When I turn the potentiometer, I hear a very loud noise at main output, and when I click the button mic / line also hear a very loud noise at the exit page.
This only occurs on the channel 1 and 3.

I disassembled my NRV10 and detected that the problem is with potentiometers for gain and on / off button that selects mic or line.
But now I'm struggling to find and buy a new potentiometer, and a new button equal.

Does anyone know where I can find compatible potentiometers and buttons?
