Hi guys, after some help regarding my ProjectMix.
I have bought a Roland Octa-Capture as an interface upgrade and to be able to record my band live without the need to have to lug the PM to gigs! She has serves me well, but the hot pre's just don't cut it anymore and whilst I know the Octa has no ADAT, quality wise it was the best bang for buck on this front.
Now, I have disabled the actual interface side in my audio control panel in Win7, but in Cubase my ASIO time buffer is much higher than before with some clicking and popping, and I think that there is a conflict between the 2 drivers in some way.
I have seen it mentioned before, but are my options using ASIO4ALL, or can audio side of the PM be uninstalled and only the control left? I think the PM is a wonderful piece if kit and would hate to have to get rid in favour I am MCU or similar as it just works great.
