ProjectMix with PT 10/11 and OSX10.9 HELP!!

I have a Mac Mini 2.3GHzIntel i7
16 GB 1600MHz DDR3
1TB Hard drive for music
1TB hard drive for programs
OSX Vers.10.9

Runs ProTools 10
with Presonus AudioBox 1818VSL

I can't get any communication to my PM. Any suggestions?
