Ozonic Functions fine apart from black and white keys

The knobs and faders and audio interface all work fine on my ozonic but the actual keyboard part doesn't. Oddly, aftertouch continues to work but none of my keys are outputting notes.

I believe this to be a hardware issue because when I use the edit and selection/numeric keys on the keyboard the lcd display doesn't respond to my key presses.

Does anyone have any experience with this problem? If I open the keyboard up what should I be looking for?
