Profire 610 Low Audio level - Analog in-put 3-4 (rare in-puts)

Hi

I've tried to record audio via rare in-put of profire610 ,
But the in put level is very low even when preamp out put level is turned fully up.
Same issue with electric guitar.

sound interface : M-audio Profire610
Pre-amp : solo 610 uad
DAW : Cubase 5.1
Connection : XLR(preamp out-put) >>> TRS (rare analog in-put of profire610)
