Brand New Mbox Pro came with Protools 9 - Hardware Issues?

Hi all,

Just received my Mbox Pro and ProTools 10 in the mail today. However, inside was ProTools 9 which tells me I just got shipped an old version of hardware that has to be at least a year old because that’s when 10 came out. I’m thinking I want new hardware, I don’t want any problems – maybe they tweeked out some hardware issues since then? I’m thinking I’m going to send it back for a new package.

Does anyone have thoughts?
