Linking Profire 610 and Firewire 410

Hey everyone,

First post on this forum, but I did a search first to see if I could find an answer to this question. Unfortunately I wasn't that lucky :)

I have a Profire 610, and a friend just gave me his Firewire 410, and I was hoping to be able to link them somehow so I could record 8 simultaneous analogue channels. Could someone let me know if this is possible?

I'm using a macpro osx 10.5.8
