ProFire 610 + Audiophile quality headphones

HI,

I have read through a number of posts who have asked the same question or similar but none of the answers seem to help much and do not attempt to explain the different terms used in the data sheets to help a consumer understand. Let me explain...

I have a ProFire 610. I am am about to buy a set of audiophile quality headphones to the tune of $1500 and the first thing I have noticed is that this set has a nominal impedance of 300Ω. For these headphones to realise their full potential I will need some sort of DAC/Amplifier to power them so that they are sufficiently amplified.

The following is printed in the ProFire 610 data sheet:

Headphone Outputs at Maximum Volume into 32 ohm Load

Output Impedance: 75 ohm
Load Impedance: 24 to 600 ohms

So I have four questions:

1) What do they mean by "into 32 ohm load?
2) What is output impedance? (and how does that relate to my headphones)
3) What is load impedance? (and how does that relate to my headphones)
4) Can the ProFire 610 sufficiently amplify a set of headphones that have a 300Ω nominal
impedance?

Please attempt to answer these questions as simply as possible. I find some of the answers of the forum overly technical and it simply doesn't help. I need it dumbed down in simple terms so that I can understand it all.

Thank you :-)
